摘 要:B细胞淋巴瘤6(B cell lymphoma 6,BCL6)通过促进增殖、细胞DNA损伤修复、调控细胞周期以及阻止细胞终末分化等过程来驱动恶性进展。然而,越来越多的证明表明,它在胎盘滋养细胞的发育和分化中发挥关键作用。最近研究显示BCL6可能与子痫前期(pre-eclampsia,PE)、不明原因复发性流产(unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortions,URSA)、胎儿生长受限(fetal growth restriction,FGR)和不明原因不孕症(unexplained infertility,UI)的发病机制有关,提示BCL6参与胎盘滋养细胞的病理生理作用及分子机制。经过文献检索,数据表明BCL6在滋养层细胞的增殖、存活、融合、分化中具有重要作用。此外,从BCL6的研究中挖掘了大量在胎盘滋养细胞上的调节因子和信号通路,对未来研究BCL6与妊娠相关疾病的机制提出了思路与展望。B cell lymphoma 6(BCL6)drives malignant progression by promoting proliferation,repairing cellular DNA damage,regulating cell cycle,and preventing cell terminal differentiation.However,increasing evidence suggests that it plays a crucial role in the development and differentiation of placental trophoblasts.Recent studies have shown that BCL6 may be associated with the pathogenesis of preeclampsia(PE),unexplained recurrent miscarriage(URSA),fetal growth restriction(FGR),and unexplained infertility(UI),suggesting that BCL6 is involved in the pathophysiological and molecular mechanisms of placental trophoblasts.After literature search,the data shows that BCL6 plays an important role in the proliferation,survival,fusion,and differentiation of trophoblast cells.In addition,a large number of regulatory factors and signaling pathways on placental trophoblasts have been excavated from the study of BCL6,providing ideas and prospects for future research on the mechanism of BCL6 and pregnancy related diseases.
