摘 要:With the rapid advancement of nanotechnology,nanocarriers for drug delivery have created promising prospects for efficient drug administration and precise disease therapy.However,only a limited number of these nanocarriers were successfully processed into the clinic or market[1].The unclear fate of these nanocarriers when administrated in vivo is believed to be the one to blame.When nanocarriers are administrated in vivo,they will encounter complicated environmental factors including biomacromolecules,diversified p H,functional immune cells and hydromechanical forces,which might make the tracking of nanocarriers unpredictable.
