置换金泥冶炼渣中银的综合回收试验研究

摘  要:浮选金精矿氰化浸出时,通常选用锌粉置换法对浸出贵液中的金、银进行回收,产出置换金泥。目前,置换金泥的精炼提纯通常采用湿法冶炼工艺,其中控电位氯化法具有明显优势,已成为大型黄金冶炼企业主要采用的精炼工艺。以置换金泥精炼提纯过程产出的高银冶炼渣为研究对象,采用铅原位捕集和真空蒸馏工艺,综合回收冶炼渣中贵金属,考察氧化铅用量、真空蒸馏温度等参数对贵金属回收效果的影响。结果表明,采用铅原位捕集工艺处理高银冶炼渣,可以有效富集渣中的贵金属,冶炼所得贵铅经真空蒸馏处理可获得合质金,其金与银含量超过90%,实现高银冶炼渣中贵金属的富集和综合回收。When cyanide leaching flotation gold concentrate,the zinc powder displacement method is usually used to recover gold and silver from the leaching solution,producing displacement gold mud.At present,the refining and purification of replacement gold mud usually adopts the wet smelting process,among which the potential controlled chlorination method has obvious advantages and has become the main refining process adopted by large gold smelting enterprises.The high silver smelting slag produced during the refining and purification process of replacement gold mud is taken as the research object,lead in-situ capture and vacuum distillation processes are used to comprehensively recover precious metals from the smelting slag,and the influence of parameters such as lead oxide dosage and vacuum distillation temperature on the recovery effect of precious metals is investigated.The results indicate that using lead in-situ capture technology to treat high silver smelting slag can effectively enrich precious metals in the slag,and the precious lead obtained from smelting can be processed by vacuum distillation to obtain composite gold,with a gold and silver content of over 90%,achieving the enrichment and comprehensive recovery of precious metals in high silver smelting slag.
