摘 要:加酸蒸馏法和加碱超声法是土壤中挥发酚常用的前处理方法。试验分别采用加酸蒸馏法及加碱超声法提取土壤中的挥发酚,然后采用流动注射分析法测定土壤的挥发酚含量。结果表明,两种方法均可以满足试验要求,但是加碱超声法更安全,更加适用于提取土壤中的挥发酚。流动注射分析法测定土壤中的挥发酚时,检出限为0.02 mg/kg。不同含量的土壤挥发酚样品进行6次平行测定,测定结果的相对标准偏差保持在0.80%~3.60%,方法精密度高。实际样品加标测定时,加标回收率保持在85.0%~95.0%,准确度高,该方法适用于大批量土壤中挥发酚的测定。Acid distillation method and alkali ultrasonic method are commonly used pre-treatment methods for volatile phenols in soil.The experiment uses acid distillation method and alkali ultrasonic method to extract volatile phenols from soil,and then uses flow injection analysis method to determine the content of volatile phenols in soil.The results indicate that both methods can meet the experimental requirements,but the alkaline ultrasonic method is safer and more suitable for extracting volatile phenols from soil.When using flow injection analysis method to determine volatile phenols in soil,the detection limit is 0.02 mg/kg.Six parallel measurements are conducted on soil volatile phenol samples with different contents,and the relative standard deviation of the measurement results remains between 0.80%~3.60%,indicating high precision of the method.When the actual sample is spiked for determination,the spiked recovery rate remains at 85.0%~95.0%,with high accuracy.This method is suitable for the determination of volatile phenols in large quantities of soil.
