摘  要:润滑油添加剂生产行业需要使用大量的硅藻土作为助滤剂,对产品进行过滤和净化。含油硅藻土产生于润滑油添加剂生产过程,属于危废,环境风险大。试验选择含油硅藻土作为处理对象,采用溶剂洗涤+超声+短时煅烧工艺实现硅藻土再生利用,洗涤后的混合溶剂采用微负压蒸馏方式再生。试验给出最佳工艺参数,使用D65低芳烃溶剂油作为洗涤溶剂,溶剂油与含油硅藻土的最佳萃取洗涤质量比为4∶1,最佳超声时间为15~20 min。固液分离后,固体部分煅烧,然后即可实现再生。有机溶剂经蒸馏塔和精馏塔微负压蒸馏,可实现85%以上的再生。含油硅藻土再生具有良好的经济效益和环境效益,研究成果为工程化应用提供参考。The lubricant additive production industry requires the use of a large amount of diatomite as a filter aid to filter and purify products.Oil-bearing diatomite is produced during the production process of lubricating oil additives and is classified as hazardous waste with high environmental risks.Oil-bearing diatomite is selected as the treatment object for the experiment,and solvent washing+ultrasound+short-term calcination process is used to achieve the regeneration and utilization of diatomite,and the mixed solvent after washing is regenerated by micro negative pressure distillation.The experiment provides the optimal process parameters,and uses D65 low aromatic hydrocarbon solvent oil as the washing solvent,and the optimal extraction and washing mass ratio of solvent oil to oil-bearing diatomite is 4∶1,and the optimal ultrasonic time is 15~20 min.After solid-liquid separation,the solid part is calcined,and then regeneration can be achieved.Organic solvents can achieve over 85%regeneration through distillation tower and micro negative pressure distillation in distillation tower.The regeneration of oil-bearing diatomite has good economic and environmental benefits,and the research results provide reference for engineering applications.
