摘 要:焚烧法是危险废物处理的主要方法之一,其产生的烟气需要经过处理达标排放。随着环保标准的日益严格,超低排放势在必行。结合危险废物焚烧烟气的常用处理工艺,分析现有项目实际运行效果,然后对净化工艺进行改进,从而满足超低排放要求。研究发现,现有项目危废焚烧烟气处理后,烟尘、二氧化硫(SO_(2))和氮氧化物(NO_(x))的排放浓度均可满足《危险废物焚烧污染控制标准》(GB 18484—2020),但烟尘和NO_(x)排放浓度均大于标准限值,未实现超低排放。经项目实践和技术比选,以目前危废焚烧普遍采用的工艺为基础,在湿法塔后增加湿式电除尘和选择性催化还原反应器(Selective Catalytic Reduction reactor,SCR),进一步除尘、脱硝,达到超低排放标准,并且增加烟气换热器(Gas-Gas Heater,GGH),充分利用烟气热量。研究成果可为今后危废焚烧工艺设计提供方向,值得参考。Incineration is one of the main methods for hazardous waste treatment,and the generated flue gas needs to be treated to meet emission standards.With the increasingly strict environmental standards,ultra-low emissions are imperative.Based on the commonly used treatment processes for flue gas of hazardous waste incineration,the actual operational effects of existing projects are analyzed,and then the purification process is improved to meet ultra-low emission requirements.Research has found that after the treatment of hazardous waste incineration flue gas in existing projects,the emission concentrations of smoke,sulfur dioxide(SO_(2)),and nitrogen oxides(NO_(x))can all meet the Pollution Control Standards for Hazardous Waste Incineration(GB 18484—2020),but the emission concentrations of smoke and NO_(x) are both greater than the standard limits,and ultra-low emissions have not been achieved.After project practice and technical comparison,based on the commonly used process for hazardous waste incineration,wet electrostatic precipitator and Selective Catalytic Reduction reactor(SCR)are added after the wet tower to further remove dust and denitration,achieving ultra-low emission standards,and Gas-Gas Heater(GGH)is also added to fully utilize the heat of flue gas.The research results can provide direction for the design of hazardous waste incineration processes in the future and are worth referring.
