摘 要:循环冷却水系统广泛应用于工业生产的冷却过程,显著提升水资源利用效率,但结垢问题直接影响循环冷却水系统的安全性与稳定性。电化学法处理循环冷却水,可有效解决结垢问题。河北省某电厂采用电化学法处理循环冷却水,运行效果较好。结合具体案例,论述循环冷却水系统和电化学处理系统构成,分析系统运行效果,以更好地将电化学法应用于循环冷却水处理中。The circulating cooling water system is widely used in the cooling process of industrial production,significantly improving the efficiency of water resource utilization,however,the problem of scaling directly affects the safety and stability of the circulating cooling water system.Electrochemical treatment of circulating cooling water can effectively solve the problem of scaling.A power plant in Hebei province uses electrochemical method to treat circulating cooling water,and the operation effect is good.Based on specific cases,the composition of the circulating cooling water system and the electrochemical treatment system is discussed,and the operating effect of the system is analyzed,so as to better apply the electrochemical method to the treatment of circulating cooling water.
