摘  要:以福建某纺织有限公司5 400 m^(3)/d的高浓废纺织染整废水处理工程为案例,介绍“格栅集水井+凉水池+调节池+气浮池+水解酸化池+移动床生物膜反应器(Moving-Bed Biofilm Reactor,MBBR)池+二沉池+高效沉淀池+臭氧氧化池+曝气生物滤池+景观池”组合工艺的工艺流程、主要构筑物设计参数、实际运行情况等指标。项目运行情况表明,采用该组合工艺处理高浓度纺织染整废水,出水水质满足《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 4287—2012)及修改单中的直接排放标准限值要求。Taking the 5400 m^(3)/d high-concentration textile dyeing and finishing wastewater treatment project of a textile company in Fujian as an example,this paper introduces the process flow,main structure design parameters,actual operation status and other indicators of the combined process of“grid collection well+cold water tank+regulating tank+air flotation tank+hydrolysis acidification tank+Moving-Bed Biofilm Reactor(MBBR)tank+secondary sedimentation tank+high-efficiency sedimentation tank+ozone oxidation tank+aerated biofilter+landscape tank”.The project operation status shows that the effluent quality of the combined process for treating high-concentration textile dyeing and finishing wastewater meets the requirements of the Discharge Standards of Water Pollutants for Dyeing and Finishing of Textile Industry(GB 4287—2012)and the direct emission standard limit requirements in the amendment.
