摘　　要：随着城市更新的加速推进,建筑业碳减排是在“双碳”目标背景下的重要组成部分,也是推动建筑垃圾再生产业发展的核心动力。文章分析了北京市建筑垃圾的处理现状,总结当前存在的关键问题,结合国内外在建筑垃圾再生应用方面的典型案例,从蓝绿空间场景应用的角度出发,探究建筑垃圾再生应用的新模式、新路径,主要从政策法规、市场经营、技术研发、应用推广四个方面进行详细论述,对城市实现可持续发展具有重要意义。最后结合在蓝绿空间中建筑垃圾再生的优秀实践案例——北京市温榆河公园建筑垃圾再生应用,进一步阐述相关实践经验和模式方法,以期为北京市及其他城市未来建筑垃圾在蓝绿空间中的应用提供新的思路与经验。With the acceleration of urban renewal,carbon emission reduction in the construction industry is an important component in the context of the“dual-carbon”strategic goal,which is also the core driving force for the development of the construction waste recycling industry.This paper analyzes the current situation of construction waste treatment in Beijing,and summarizes the key issues.Combining with the typical cases of construction waste recycling at home and abroad,it explores the new mode and path for the construction waste recycling from the perspective of the application of blue-green space scenarios,and then makes a detailed elaboration from four aspects of policies,market operation,technology research and development,and application promotion,which is of great significance for the realization of the sustainable development of the city.Finally,it combines the excellent practical case of construction waste recycling in blue-green space-Beijing Wenyu River Construction Waste Recycling Application,to further elaborate on the relevant practical experience and modes and methods,in order to provide new ideas and experience for the future utilization of construction waste in blue-green scenarios in Beijing and other cities.
