摘 要:近零能耗建筑是我国达成建筑业零碳排放目标的必经之路。文章通过研究与实践,形成了一套适用于乡村公共建筑的近零能耗技术方案,即以被动式节能设计为基础,辅助适宜的主动式节能减排技术,并加大可再生资源的利用,在保障建筑功能性和舒适性的前提下,大幅降低能源消耗,实现建筑的近零能耗。文章以大丰区西团镇龙窑村卫生站项目为例,总结了乡村近零能耗公共建筑的设计原则与技术手段,并通过此项目的实施,为乡镇地带推行此类建筑体系提供经验与借鉴。Near-zero energy buildings are a necessary path for China to achieve zero carbon emissions in the construction industry.The paper has formed a set of near-zero energy consumption technology system suitable for rural public buildings through research and practice.Based on passive energy-saving design,with appropriate active energy-saving and emission reduction technologies,and increasing the utilization of renewable resources,while ensuring the functionality and comfort of the building,energy consumption is significantly reduced to achieve near-zero energy consumption of the building.Taking the near-zero energy consumption health station project in Longyao Village,Xituan Town,Dafeng District as an example,this paper summarizes the design principles and technical means of near-zero energy consumption in rural public buildings,and provides experience and reference for promoting such building systems in rural areas through the implementation of this project.
