摘　　要：随着生产方式及产业结构的更迭,中国正处在一个复杂的、充满不确定性的、与过去发展模式有很大不同的“后工业化时代”,曾广泛出现的工业建筑已经成为城市更新设计的重点项目。文章从人居环境功能体系角度入手,以生态、生产、生活、生命、生意等“五生”体系为范畴,寻找工业建筑改造利用的思路与策略,通过合理利用工业建筑资源,使工业建筑的价值被真实、完整地解读,既丰富了城市的历史文化内涵,又满足了社会经济需求,以期将工业建筑独特的外在形象与文化象征转化为新的地域性差异景观,树立独特的城市形象。With the change of production mode and industrial structure,China is facing a complex and uncertain“post-industrialization era”,which is different from the past development mode.In the post-industrialization era,industrial buildings that have appeared widely have become key projects in urban renewal design.Starting from the functional system of the human settlement environment,surrounding the scope of“five-healthy”system including ecology,production,living,life and business,the paper finds the ideas and strategies for the transformation and utilization of industrial buildings,which rationally utilizes the resources of industrial buildings to authentically and completely interpret the value of industrial buildings,thus both enriching the historical and cultural level of the city,and satisfying the social and economic needs.It is proposed to transform the unique external image and cultural symbol of industrial buildings into a new regional landscape,so as to establish a unique city image.
