益阳市中心城区综合医院可达性与布局分析

摘　　要：城市的综合医疗服务水平是城市综合竞争力的重要表现之一,提高城市综合医疗设施的可达性能够提高居民的幸福感,显著提升城市的软实力。文章以益阳市中心城区为例,针对综合医院,选择不同的可达性计算方法计算综合医院的可达性,并对结果进行归一化对比分析。结果表明,综合医院的可达性呈圈层式特征;可达性较高的地区为城市重点发展区域,在综合医院出现集聚效应;外围区域医疗设施少,布局不合理,交通不完善,可达性低。最后,提出提高城市综合性医疗设施可达性的规划建议。The level of comprehensive medical services in a city is an important expression of a city’s comprehensive competitiveness,and improving the accessibility of comprehensive medical facilities can enhance the residents’sense of well-being and significantly improve the soft power of the city.Taking the central area of Yiyang city as an example,for the comprehensive hospital facilities,different accessibility calculation methods are chosen to calculate the accessibility of general hospitals and the results are normalized and compared.The results show that the accessibility of comprehensive hospital facilities is characterized by a circle pattern.The areas with higher accessibility are the key development areas of the city,and there is a clustering effect of comprehensive hospitals.The peripheral areas have fewer medical facilities,irrational layouts,imperfect transportation,and low accessibility.Finally,planning suggestions are given to improve the accessibility of urban comprehensive medical facilities.
