人性化视角下的大型综合医院急诊部院前入口空间规划设计研究

摘　　要：随着医疗资源的提升与扩充,医院建设的不断发展,打造人性化的医疗环境变得愈加重要。文章以综合医院急诊部的院前入口空间为研究对象,选取了三家具有代表性的三级甲等综合医院进行分析,并结合国外经典案例,从流程体系规划、院区场地组织、建筑空间布局、入口细部设施设计等方面进行探讨,梳理规范尺度,总结现存问题和可取之处,为我国综合医院急诊部院前入口空间的设计提出优化建议,以提高医护效率,改善医疗环境,满足病患需求。With the improvement and expansion of medical resources,and the continuous development of hospital construction,creating a humane medical environment has become increasingly important.This paper takes the entrance space of the emergency department in front of the hospital in comprehensive hospitals as the starting point,selects three representative tertiary Grade A comprehensive hospitals for analysis,and combines classic foreign cases to discuss process system planning,hospital site organization,architectural space layout,and entrance detail design.Standardized scales are sorted out,the existing problems and merits are summarized,and optimization suggestions are proposed for the design of the entrance space of the emergency department in front of the hospital in comprehensive hospitals in China,aiming to improve medical and nursing efficiency,improve the medical environment,and meet the needs of patients.
