摘  要:贵阳华润万象汇为大底盘双塔结构,塔楼为A级高度的框架-核心筒结构,存在扭转不规则、模板不连续、尺寸突变、构件间断、局部穿层柱和塔楼偏置等规则性超限工程。文章采用不同力学模型的空间分析程序(YJK、ETABS)对结构进行弹性阶段对比分析,根据结构超限情况,对结构不利部位采取相应的加强措施。采用PKPM-PUSH&EPDA程序进行罕遇地震作用下静力弹塑性推覆分析,采用PKPM-SAUSAGE程序进行罕遇地震作用下动力弹塑性推覆分析,较简洁地求出结构非弹性效应、损坏部位和结构倒塌的形成方式,评价结构的抗震性能,验证该结构所采用的结构措施的可靠性,论证了结构整体的安全性。Guiyang Huarun Wanxiang Hui is a double-tower structure with a large chassis.The tower is a frame core tube structure with an A-level height,which has irregular torsion,discontinuous formwork,sudden size changes,component discontinuities,local through story columns,and tower offset,and so on.This paper uses spatial analysis programs(YJK,ETABS)with different mechanical models to conduct comparative analysis on the elastic stage of the structure.Based on the situation of the out-of-code structure,corresponding reinforcement measures are taken for the unfavorable parts of the structure.The PKPM-PUSH&EPDA program was used for static elastoplastic push-over analysis under rare earthquake action,and the PKPM-SAUSAGE program was used for dynamic elastoplastic push-over analysis under rare earthquake action.The non-elastic effects,damaged parts,and formation mode of structural collapse of the structure were obtained in a concise manner,and the seismic performance of the structure was evaluated.The reliability of the structural measures adopted in the structure was verified,and the safety of the overall stability of the structure was demonstrated.
