摘　　要：将大数据应用于科技创新成果精准转化管理中,可以利用数据收集与分析科技创新成果信息,合理配置科技创新成果各环节资源,智能匹配科技创新成果的市场需求,提高科技创新成果管理的效率和质量。文章以大数据的应用为中心,分析了科技创新成果精准转化管理模式中大数据应用存在的问题,重点从精准提高数据质量,注重数据的准确性;精准防范数据风险,确保数据的安全性;精准深化数据分析,挖掘数据的可用性;精准优化人才队伍,激发人才的创造性等方面探讨了相应对策。The application of big data in the accurate transformation management of sci-tech innovation achievements can collect and analyze the information of sci-tech innovation achievements,and reasonably allocate the resources of each link of sci-tech innovation achievements,it can match the market demand of scientific and technological innovation and improve the efficiency and quality of scientific and technological innovation management.Based on the application of big data,this paper analyzes the application of big data in the management model of precision transformation of scientific and technological innovation achievements,focusing on improving the quality of data accurately,paying attention to the accuracy of data,accurately guarding against data risks,some countermeasures are discussed in this paper,such as ensuring the safety of data,accurately deepening the data analysis,mining the availability of data,accurately optimizing the talent team and stimulating the creativity of talents.
