摘  要:为了降低配煤掺烧烟气排放浓度和发电厂生产成本,文章提出基于差分进化算法的数字化煤场配煤掺烧决策方法。通过差分进化算法建立配煤掺烧决策模型,以最小化燃煤成本和最小化烟气排放浓度为目标函数,确定约束条件并计算适应度函数,求解配煤掺烧最优方案。实验以百万级别机组为例展开研究,按照该方法的配比进行掺烧后,NO_(x)的平均排放浓度为33.37mg/m^(3),SO_(2)的平均排放浓度为20.16mg/m^(3),该锅炉燃煤成本为0.23~0.24元/kw·h,具有较好的应用效果。In order to reduce the emission concentration of coal blending flue gas and the production cost of power plant,this paper proposes the decision method of digital coal blending coal blending based on differential evolution algorithm.Through the differential evolution algorithm,the coal cost and the target function,and the constraints are determined and the fitness function is calculated to solve the optimal coal blending scheme.In the experiment,a million-grade unit was studied as an example.After the mixing of this method,the average emission concentration of NO_(x) was 33.37mg/m^(3),the average emission concentration of SO_(2) was 20.16mg/m^(3),and the coal cost of the boiler was 0.23~0.24yuan/kw·h,indicating that this method has good application effect.
