摘  要:文章主要探讨了电厂主要辅机设备的振动问题,以及将三维模型应用于振动分析过程的方法和实践;阐述了振动产生的原因及其对电厂运行的影响,以及常用的辅机设备振动分析方法。通过研究如何利用三维可视化等技术对电厂辅机的振动进行分析和监控,并依托与之相匹配的数字化项目实际应用案例,深入挖掘和提高电厂辅机设备的运行及维护效率,节省相关设备的维护成本,持续保障安全生产。This paper mainly discusses the vibration problem of the main auxiliary equipment of the power plant,as well as the methods and practice of applying the three-dimensional model to the vibration analysis process;elaborates the causes of vibration and its impact on the operation of the power plant,as well as the commonly used vibration analysis methods of the auxiliary equipment;through studying how to use three-dimensional visualization technology to analyze and monitor the vibration of the auxiliary equipment of the power plant,and relying on the practical application cases of the digital project matching the factory,the purpose is to dig deeply and improve the operation and maintenance efficiency of the auxiliary equipment of the power plant,save the maintenance cost of the relevant equipment,and continue to ensure safe production.
