摘　　要：文章聚焦于以S7-1200系列为控制中枢,巧妙运用现代先进控制技术对空压机组进行系统集成与优化设计,实现多机组之间的智能联动运行及集中监控管理。这一创新实践旨在大幅提升供气系统的连续性、稳定性及安全性水准,并通过精准预判和高效响应,显著降低设备故障发生概率,进而有力地延长整个空压机组的使用寿命,提升其综合效能表现。This article focuses on using the S7-1200 series as the control center and cleverly using modern advanced control technology to control air compressors.The group carries out system integration and optimization design to achieve intelligent linkage operation and centralized monitoring and management among multiple units.This innovative practice aims to significantly improve the continuity,stability and safety level of the air supply system,and through accurate prediction and efficient response,significantly reduce the probability of equipment failure,thereby effectively extending the use of the entire air compressor unit lifespan and improve its overall performance.
