摘　　要：鉴于轨道车辆的特殊性,轨道车辆的生产是围绕着车辆五大部件组织生产的,工艺人员需要将设计BOM结构拆分为适应生产实际的五大部件MBOM。工位制多级半成品MBOM是网络订单运算和实现主生产线节拍化生产的基础,进而运算出各层子件的采购订单下达时间、自制件的生产订单下达时间,可有效保证物料供应的及时性,实现各层级订单的节拍化生产。Given the particularity of rail vehicles,their production is organized around the five major components of the vehicle,and process personnel need to break down the design BOM structure into five component MBOMs that are suitable for actual production.The workstation based multi-level semi-finished product MBOM is the foundation for network order calculation and implementing rhythmic production on the main production line.It can then calculate the purchase order release time for each layer of sub components and the production order release time for self-made components,effectively ensuring the timeliness of material supply and achieving rhythmic production of orders at all levels.
