超大跨径高性能混凝土节段箱梁拼装技术研究及应用

摘  要:在桥梁工程施工中,节段箱梁拼装应用已日渐广泛,但对于超大跨径节段箱梁拼装工程实例较为少,北江四桥岸堤侧采用一跨102m预应力超高性能混凝土节段箱梁,研究总结了一套完善的超大跨径节段箱梁拼装技术,包括支架设计、箱梁提升站设计、箱梁横移、节段梁安装精确控制、箱梁拼接和张拉等。该节段梁安装效率高、精度高,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益,在国内外同类型桥梁施工中具有较高的指导意义。In bridge construction,the application of segmental box girder assembly has become increasingly widespread.However,there are relatively few examples of ultra large span segmental box girder assembly projects.In this project,a pre-stressed ultra-high performance concrete segmental box girder with a span of 102m is used on the embankment side of Beijiang Fourth Bridge.A complete set of ultra large span segmental box girder assembly technology is studied and summarized,including bracket design,box girder lifting station design,box girder lateral displacement,precise control of segmental girder installation,box girder splicing and tensioning,etc.The installation efficiency and accuracy of this section of beam are high,and it has good economic and social benefits.It has high guiding significance for the construction of similar bridges both domestically and internationally.
