摘  要:以珠江三角洲水资源配置工程为背景,结合区间盾构推进、出渣情况,讨论了连续皮带机出渣技术在盾构施工中的应用效果,简述了水平+垂直连续皮带机在长距离大埋深隧洞应用的工艺流程和使用方法,分析了相比传统渣土运输方式的优点。结果表明,在长距离大埋深盾构隧洞施工中应用连续皮带机,能够实现高效运输,利于土压平衡盾构快速连续掘进施工。Against the backdrop of the Pearl River Delta water resource allocation project,and considering the interval shield advancement and slag-tapping situation,this paper discusses the effectiveness of continuous belt conveyor slag discharge technology in shield construction.It concisely outlines the technological process and usage of horizontal+vertical continuous belt conveyors for long-distance,deep-buried tunnel applications,and analyzes their advantages over traditional slag transportation methods.The findings indicate that the use of continuous belt conveyors in the construction of long-distance,deep-buried shield tunnels facilitates efficient transportation,which is conducive to rapid and continuous excavation by earth pressure balance shields.
