摘　　要：文章结合可利科技屋面防水翻修工程项目,分析了厂房屋面渗漏的主要原因包括屋面结构荷载超标、防水材料老化、工艺操作不当。在此基础上,结合项目特点,阐述了具体的厂房屋面防渗漏措施,明确屋面防渗漏施工技术的操作要点与注意事项。旨在有效预防厂房屋面渗漏问题,改善工业厂房建筑使用情况,促进工业生产活动稳步开展。Combined with the roof waterproofing renovation project of Keli Technology,this paper analyzes the main reasons for the leakage of the factory roof,including the excessive load of the roof structure,the aging of the waterproof material,and the improper process operation.On this basis,combined with the characteristics of this project,the specific anti-leakage measures of the factory building surface are expounded,and the operation points and precautions of the roof anti-leakage construction technology are clarified.It aims to effectively prevent the leakage of factory buildings,improve the use of industrial plants,and promote the steady development of industrial production activities.
