摘  要:配电网区域地理信息实时监控是电力生产中的重要环节,为了实现配电网运维管理的实时监控,提出一种基于GIS技术的配电网实时监控系统设计方法。该系统结合地理信息系统(GIS)技术,利用虚拟仪器技术和数据库管理系统开发了一个基于B/S模式的配电网地理信息实时监控系统。并通过模拟实验对所提出的系统进行了验证,结果表明所设计的配电网地理信息实时监控系统能够实现对电力运维的实时监控,且具有较高的效率和较高的稳定性。Real-time monitoring of geographic information in the distribution network area is an important part of electric power production,and to realize real-time monitoring of the operation and maintenance management of the distribution network,a method for designing a real-time monitoring system for the distribution network based on GIS technology is proposed.The system combines geographic information system(GIS)technology with virtual instrument technology and database management system to develop a real-time monitoring system based on B/S mode for power mapping parameters.Finally,the proposed system is verified through simulation experiments,and the results show that the designed real-time monitoring system for geographic information of power distribution network can realize real-time monitoring of power operation and maintenance with high efficiency and high stability.
