摘 要:文章旨在探索基于5G通信技术的离散制造生产物流模式,以提高离散制造机加车间的生产效率和物流智能化水平。提出了一种结合自动化物流设备和智能感知技术的智能生产物流模式,并构建了相应的通信网络架构。通过5G和WDS技术,实现了高效稳定的车间内外通信网络,支持了叉车AGV等关键物流设备的精确控制与管理。叉车AGV的5G网络时延测试显示,通信响应时间优于预期,移动偏差在可控范围内,充分证实了基于5G通信技术的离散制造生产物流模式在实现生产物流自动化与信息化方面的有效性和可行性。The purpose of this research is to explore the logistics mode of discrete manufacturing based on 5G communication technology,in order to improve the production efficiency and the level of intelligent logistics in the machining shop of discrete manufacturing.Based on the systematic analysis of workshop layout and material distribution process,this paper puts forward an intelligent production logistics model combining automatic logistics equipment and intelligent perception technology,the corresponding communication network architecture is constructed.By using 5G and WDS technology,an efficient and stable communication network is realized,which supports the accurate control and management of forklift AGV and other key logistics equipment.Forklift AGV 5G network time-delay test shows that the communication response time is better than expected,mobile deviation in the controllable range,it is proved that the discrete manufacturing logistics model based on 5G communication technology is effective and feasible in realizing production logistics automation and informationization.
