摘　　要：文章对某国产人工髋关节假体球头进行了静态压缩、拔出、扭转等力学性能研究。与进口同品种产品进行试验数据比对,结果表明某国产髋关节假体球头力学性能与进口同品种产品力学性能等同,有效评价了某国产髋关节假体球头临床使用的安全性。In this paper,the mechanical properties of the ball head of a domestic artificial hip joint prosthesis were studied,such as static compression,withdrawal and torsion.The results show that the mechanical properties of a domestically made hip joint prosthesis are the same as those of imported products.The safety of clinical use of a domestically made hip joint prosthesis is evaluated effectively.
