摘  要:汽温是燃煤机组的重要经济指标,汽温调整存在影响因素多、过程复杂、惯性大等特点。在不同的工况下,汽温的调整方向和手段不一,及时有效的调整能够保证汽温稳定,从而保障机组安全高效运行,延长机组寿命。文章结合实际工作经验,探讨和分析机组在正常运行、冷态启动、升降负荷、滑参数停机及低负荷工况下汽温的影响因素,从而给出汽温调整的方向,为值班员的日常操作提供指导。Steam temperature is an important economic indicator for coal-fired power units,and the adjustment of steam temperature has the characteristics of multiple influencing factors,complex processes,and high inertia.Under different operating conditions,the direction and means of adjusting steam temperature vary.Timely and effective adjustment can ensure the stability of steam temperature,thereby ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the unit and extending its service life.This article combines practical work experience to explore and analyze the factors affecting steam temperature during normal operation,cold start,load increase and decrease,sliding parameter shutdown,and low load conditions of the unit,in order to provide direction for steam temperature adjustment and guide the daily operation of the duty officer.
