摘  要:六氟化硫密度继电器检测是继电器检修工作的重要内容,但当前检测方法存在不足和缺陷,在实际中误检率比较高。为此,文章提出基于氮气等压力试验法的六氟化硫密度继电器检测方法。使用氮气对继电器进行等压力试验,根据试验数据估算继电器压力误差,检测其温度补偿功能是否正常,实现基于氮气等压力试验法的六氟化硫密度继电器检测。实验证明,文章设计的方法误检率不超过1%,可以实现对六氟化硫密度继电器的精准检测。The detection of sulfur hexafluoride density relay is an important part in the maintenance of relay,but there are deficiencies and defects in the current detection methods,and the false detection rate is relatively high in practice.Therefore,the sulfur hexafluoride density relay detection method based on nitrogen gas pressure test method is proposed.Use nitrogen to conduct the isopressure test on the relay,estimate the relay pressure error according to the test data,detect whether the temperature compensation function is normal,and realize the detection of sulfur hexafluoride density relay based on nitrogen pressure test method.The experiment has proved that the misdetection rate of the designed method does not exceed 1%,which can realize the accurate detection of sulfur hexafluoride density relay.
