摘 要:配电网设备保护定值可靠性在线校验工作常使用短路计算方法,但该方法有时会受计算量、现场条件等因素的限制而无法进行有效校验。基于此,提出了一种基于供电关系拓扑分析的配电网继电保护定值选择性校验方法。一方面,对于配电线路主干和分支开关配置保护,该方法采用按配电线路时序段进行在线校验,基于供电拓扑关系来检查保护定值的选择性。另一方面,对于集中区域设备的保护校验,该方法采用按供电上下级拓扑关系,在同一坐标系下合并展示各智能开关的保护动作曲线,并通过时序段是否存在重叠区来判断保护定值的选择性是否匹配。实例验证结果表明该方法有效。The short-circuit calculation method is often used in the online verification of the reliability of protection settings for distribution network equipment.However,this method is sometimes limited by factors such as computational complexity and site conditions,and cannot be effectively verified.Based on this,a selective verification method for relay protection settings in distribution networks based on power supply relationship topology analysis is proposed.On the one hand,for the configuration protection of the main and branch switches of the distribution line,this method adopts online verification according to the time sequence of the distribution line,and checks the selectivity of the protection setting based on the power supply topology relationship.On the other hand,for the protection verification of equipment in centralized areas,this method adopts the topology relationship between the upper and lower levels of power supply,and combines and displays the protection action curves of each intelligent switch in the same coordinate system,and determines whether the selectivity of the protection setting matches by whether there is an overlapping area in the timing segment.The verification results of the example show that the method is effective.
