摘  要:某电厂主蒸汽管道发现了19处问题,包括结构失效、受力承载异常、位移异常、管道振动以及膨胀指示器异常等。主蒸汽管道第1个垂直向下的弯头处水平刚度欠佳,因频繁承受脉动冲击,导致与管道特定固定频率发生共振效应。经过管系应力计算、管道振动测试,制定有效的处理方案,成功解决了管道支吊架异常情况和管道振动问题。19 issues were discovered in the main steam pipeline of a power plant,including structural failure,abnormal loadbearing capacity,abnormal displacement,pipeline vibration,and abnormal expansion indicators.The horizontal stiffness of the first straight down bend of the main steam pipe is poor,because it is subjected to frequent pulsating shocks,resulting in resonance effects with the specific fixed frequency of the pipe.Through the calculation of piping stress and pipeline vibration test,the effective treatment scheme is formulated,and the abnormal condition of pipeline support and hanger and the pipeline vibration problem are solved successfully.
