摘 要:针对传统烟草制丝香料厨房在糖香料投入、配制、灌装、转运及供给等生产环节信息流转存在的问题,提出了一种基于“防差错”理念的香料厨房控制系统改造方案。该方案运用射频识别(RFID)与条形码技术设计了相应信息流转系统,能够自动记录和采集糖香料生产的相关信息,并进行有效处理,以确保糖香料生产精确无误。同时,系统将RFID读取的料液信息及比对结果实时显示在信息显示屏上,实现了信息的透明化,提升了管理的便捷性。Aiming at the problems existing in the information flow of the traditional tobacco primary processing spice kitchen in the production links such as sugar and spice input,preparation,filling,transfer and supply,this paper proposes a transformation scheme of the spice kitchen control system based on the concept of"error prevention".This scheme uses radio frequency identification(RFID)and barcode technology and designs a set of information flow system,which can automatically record and collect the relevant information of sugar spice preparation and process it effectively.At the same time,the system displays the liquid material information read by RFID and the comparison results on the information display screen in real time,realizes the transparency of information,ensures the accuracy of sugar spice preparation and addition,and improves the convenience of management.
