摘　　要：为降低轧钢生产电耗、稳定设备运行,结合宽厚板高压水除鳞系统控制的特点,利用中压变频对水泵控制的优势,将高压水除鳞改造为变频器调速控制。利用现有设备和GH180变频器,设计了高压水除鳞整个变频控制系统,然后根据生产实际情况进行调速控制。实际运行表明,高压水除鳞系统变频控制运行稳定、安全可靠,节能效果显著。In order to reduce the power consumption of steel rolling production and stabilize the operation of equipment,combined with the characteristics of the control system of the high pressure water descaling system for wide and thick plates,the advantage of medium-voltage frequency conversion for pump control is utilized to transform the high-pressure water descaling into frequency converter speed control.Using existing equipment and GH180 inverter,the entire frequency conversion control system of high pressure water descaling is designed,and then the speed control is carried out according to the actual production situation.The actual operation shows that the frequency conversion control of the high-pressure water descaling system operates stably,safely and reliably,and the energy-saving effect is remarkable.
