摘 要:作为冲击式水轮机组重要的输配水部件,配水环管的结构强度、刚度以及抗疲劳性能直接影响机组的安全运行。由于配水环管初步结构方案不能满足刚强度设计要求,亟需寻找一种优化方案。通过计算分析,配水环管月牙板的形状对环管整体的刚强度具有很大影响。以某水电站某配水环管为例,分别研究月牙板肋宽比、内缘形线以及月牙板中心处曲率对配水环管整体刚强度的影响,并对其进行结构优化。该研究还可为设计人员进行工程设计提供思路及依据。As an important water transmission and distribution component of pelton turbine,the structural strength,stiffness and fatigue resistance of the distributor directly affects the safe operation of the unit.Because the preliminary structure scheme of the distributor cannot meet the requirements of strength and stiffness design,it is urgent to find an optimization scheme.Through calculation and analysis,the shape of the crescent-rib has a great influence on the overall strength and stiffness of the distributor.In this paper,taking a distributor of hydropower station as an example,the influences of the rib width ratio of the crescent-rib,the contour line of the inner edge and the curvature at the center of the the contour line of the inner edge on the overall strength and stiffness of the distributor are studied,and its structure is optimized.The research can also provide ideas and basis for designers to carry out engineering design.
