基于微信小程序的电气故障报修系统设计与实现

摘　　要：针对现阶段泵站(以景电工程为例)电气设备故障报修管理水平信息化程度不高,传统的报修方式容易出现漏报、错报及处理不及时等现象,依托微信小程序云开发技术,设计并实现了一款故障报修管理小程序。通过使用JavaScript语言和云开发能力,实现了B/S模式的分布式架构系统。系统采用云数据库技术,包含报修工单模块、展示工单模块、结束工单模块、学习模块、图纸模块、统计模块、协助模块等功能,为检修人员提供了便捷的管理功能,帮助他们快速诊断和解决故障。系统不仅能实现基础的工单处理与管理功能,而且拥有数据可视化能力及更多的辅助功能,通过使用该工具,报修、检修工作效率显著提高。Considering the current low level of digitalization in the fault repair management of electrical equipment at pumping stations(using the Jingtaichuan Electric Power Irrigation Project as an example),traditional repair reporting methods often lead to errors and delays in handling issues.Relying on the cloud development technology of WeChat mini programs,a fault repair management mini program has been designed and implemented.By utilizing JavaScript language and cloud development capabilities,a distributed architecture system based on the B/S model has been realized.The system adopts cloud database technology and includes various modules such as repair order,order display,order completion,learning,drawing,statistics,and assistance.These modules provide convenient management functions for maintenance personnel,helping them quickly diagnose and resolve faults.The system not only achieves basic order processing and management functions but also possesses data visualization capabilities and additional auxiliary functions.Using this tool has improved the efficiency of repair reporting and maintenance work.
