摘  要:随着化工产业发展,化工产品种类越来越多,产能日益扩大。我国在新一代信息技术、新能源、新材料等领域,战略性推动建设一系列化工工程项目,不断拓宽化工产业新赛道,为国家高质量发展积聚起新动能。然而,化工工程项目具有长期性、复杂性和不确定性,实施中存在较大风险,传统的项目管理模式与EPC工程项目实际需求的进度管理存在差距。在此背景下,研究国内外EPC工程项目的现金进度管理模式尤其重要。文章通过梳理当前国内外EPC工程项目管控中存在的问题,基于挣值法对项目进度和费用进行实时监控和预警,通过实际案例对该方法应用效果进行验证,旨在提升EPC工程项目进度管理水平。With the development of the chemical industry,the variety of chemical products is increasing,and production capacity is expanding.In China,the government is strategically promoting the construction of a series of chemical engineering projects in areas such as next-generation information technology,new energy and new materials,continuously expanding the new track of the chemical industry and accumulating new momentum for the high-quality development of the country.However,chemical engineering projects are long-term,complex and uncertain,involving substantial risks in implementation.There is a gap between the traditional project management mode and the progress management for actual demand in EPC engineering projects.In this context,it is particularly important to study the cash progress management mode of domestic and international EPC engineering projects.This paper sorts out the problems in the current domestic and international EPC project management and control,and proposes a real-time monitoring and early warning for project progress and cost based on the earned value method.Through practical case studies,the application effect of this method is verified,aiming to improve the progress management level of EPC engineering projects.
