摘 要:环境监测实验室废液处置是实现可持续发展目标的关键环节。文章基于无公害理念,重点探讨了实验室废液的分类与预处理、高级氧化、膜分离等处理新技术,强调废液减量化、无害化和资源化处置的重要性。通过实际案例分析,系统阐述了“芬顿氧化+混凝沉淀+砂滤+纳滤+反渗透”组合工艺在复杂废液深度处理中的应用效果,COD、重金属去除率均在90%以上,60%以上的中水实现回用,并可实现重金属盐资源的梯级利用,为环境监测实验室废液的绿色治理提供了新思路。the disposal of waste liquid from Environmental monitoring laboratories is the key to achieve the goal of sustainable development.Based on the concept of non-pollution,this paper focuses on the classification and pretreatment of laboratory waste liquid,advanced oxidation,membrane separation and other new treatment technologies,and the importance of waste liquid reduction,harmless and resource disposal is emphasized.The application effect of the combined process of “fenton oxidation + coagulation and sedimentation + sand filtration + nanofiltration + reverse osmosis” in advanced treatment of complex wastewater was systematically described through a case study,the removal rates of COD and heavy metals are above 90%,and more than 60% of reclaimed water can be reused,and the cascade utilization of heavy metal salt resources can be realized,which provides a new idea for the green treatment of environmental monitoring laboratory wastewater.
