摘  要:渤海油田浅层大位移井居多,具有垂深浅、高水垂比、稳斜角大等特点,面临浅层地质疏松、摩阻较大、易坍塌、水化起泥球等问题。文章在渤海常用钻井液的基础上,对润滑剂、抑制剂、增黏剂进行了优化,调整了钻井液流变性、钻井液密度、井眼清洁、ROP值等,从而实现钻井液体系配方、性能和应用效果的提升,以满足大位移井施工中表层深钻钻井液技术、降摩减阻技术、流变性控制技术和ECD值控制技术的要求。Most of the shallow large displacement wells in the Bohai Oilfield are characterized by shallow vertical depth,high water to vertical ratio,and large stable inclination angle.They face problems such as shallow geological looseness,high friction,easy collapse,and hydration mud ball formation.On the basis of commonly used drilling fluids in Bohai,lubricants,inhibitors,and viscosity enhancers have been optimized,and the rheological properties,drilling fluid density,wellbore cleanliness,ROP value,etc.have been adjusted to improve the formulation,performance,and application effect of the drilling fluid system,in order to meet the requirements of surface deep drilling fluid technology,friction reduction and drag reduction technology,rheological control technology,and ECD value control technology in the construction of large displacement wells.
