摘  要:文章基于不同温度的腐蚀液对光纤的腐蚀速度不同的机理,设计四种变温化学腐蚀法制备光纤探针,对每种方法制备的光纤探针的性能进行对比。经过对比确定制作光纤探针的最佳条件,即HF浓度为40%时,有机液厚度5 mm,光纤插入深度3 mm,温度20℃,腐蚀10 min;温度40℃,腐蚀43 min。将制作好的探针用于流化床气泡大小的测定,与原探针的测定结果进行比较,无论是气泡直径随气速变化的结果,还是气含率和气泡频率随气速变化的结果,新旧探针均有类似的趋势,结果表明此方法可行。In this paper,based on the mechanism that the corrosion rate of optical fiber is different at different temperatures,four kinds of temperature-varying chemical etching methods are designed to prepare optical fiber probes.The performance of optical fiber probes prepared by each method is compared.The optimum conditions for the fabrication of optical fiber probes are determined by comparison,that is,when the HF concentration is 40%,the thickness of the organic liquid is 5 mm,the insertion depth of the optical fiber is 3 mm,the temperature is 20 ℃,and the corrosion time is 10 min.The temperature was 40 ℃ and the corrosion time was 43 min.The prepared probe was used to measure the bubble size of the fluidized bed.Compared with the results of the original probe,whether it is the result of the change of bubble diameter with gas velocity,or the result of the change of gas holdup and bubble frequency with gas velocity,the new and old probes have a similar trend.The results show that this method is feasible.
