摘 要:为实现聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)浸没式中空纤维超滤膜的稳定制备,文章采用干-湿相分离法,通过调节配方中PVDF含量,提高中空纤维膜在纺丝时的可纺性,每个配方进行三轮实验,验证该配方及工艺的重现性。实验结果表明:膜纯水透过率、膜断裂伸长率随着PVDF含量的增多而减小;膜的断裂强力及断裂强度、膜的泡点压力随着PVDF含量的增大而增大;膜纯水透过率的衰减率随着PVDF含量的增大而减小,但膜的抗污染能力提高;膜最大孔径可控制在0.1μm以下,当配方中PVDF含量为20%时,膜的外表面孔径在0.03~0.04μm,孔径分布均匀;膜性能及膜结构形态重现性良好。综上所述,当PVDF含量为20%时,膜的综合性能、结构较好,可选择该配方进行纺丝生产。In order to achieve stable preparation of polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF) immersed hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane,the dry and wet phase separation method was used in this experiment.By adjusting the PVDF content in the formula,the spinnability of the hollow fiber membrane during spinning was improved.Three rounds of experiments were conducted on each formula to test the reproducibility of the formula and process.The experimental results show that the pure water permeability and the elongation at break of the membrane decrease with the increase of PVDF content;The breaking force and breaking strength of the membrane,as well as the bubble point pressure of the membrane,increase with the increase of PVDF content;The attenuation rate of membrane pure water permeability decreases with the increase of PVDF content,while the membrane's anti fouling ability improves;The maximum pore size of the membrane can be controlled below 0.1 μm,when the PVDF content in the formula is 20%,the outer surface pore size of the membrane is 0.03-0.04 μm,and the pore size distribution is uniform;The membrane performance and structural morphology have good reproducibility.In summary,when the PVDF content is 20%,the comprehensive performance and structure of the membrane are good,and this formula can be selected for spinning production.
