摘　　要：文章通过深入研究沙特阿美马赞项目沙特境外合同(OOK)下海洋平台建造执行阶段的焊接管理,重点分析了其对焊接工艺评定及焊工考试执行的特殊要求,强调了在焊接管理中项目合同的重要性和法律思维应用的必要性,从技术、合同、管理和法律方面总结出值得借鉴的经验教训和应对策略,为今后沙特阿美项目执行中焊接管理的可持续性改进提供参考,为公司的国际化发展提供铺垫。Through in-depth study of the welding management in the construction execution stage under the OOK contract of the project Marjan-Saudi Aramco,the special requirements of the welding procedure specification and welder qualification test were analyzed,the importance of the project contract and the necessity of legal thinking application in welding management were emphasized,and the lessons learned and coping strategies worth learning from technical,management,contractual and legal aspects were summarized,so as to provide a reference for the sustainable improvement of welding management on the Saudi Aramco project in future,and pave the way for the company's international development.
