道路工程中碱激发胶凝材料最佳配合比

摘  要:为研究碱激发胶凝材料的最佳配合比,通过试验研究的方法对不同配比下的碱激发胶凝材料试块进行试验,研究结果表明:偏高岭土与粉煤灰的掺入比例越大,碱激发胶凝材料的抗折性能越好,但粉煤灰过多会导致材料的抗压强度降低,因此粉煤灰的掺量不宜过多;当偏高岭土、粉煤灰及碱激发剂掺量一定时,减少水泥的量,增加石灰、石膏及水玻璃的掺入量会使碱激发胶凝材料的抗压强度降低,最终得到碱激发胶凝材料的最佳配合比。In order to study the best mix ratio,alkali-activated cementitious material was tested at different ratios.The higher the ratio of metakaolin and fly ash,the better the flexural property of alkali-activated cementitious material.But too much fly ash will reduce the compressive strength of the material,so the amount of fly ash should not be too much;When the amount of meta kaolin,fly ash and alkali activator is fixed,reducing the amount of cement,increasing the amount of lime,gypsum and water glass will reduce the compressive strength of alkali-activated cementitious material,finally,the optimal mix ratio of alkali-activated cementitious materials was obtained.
