摘　　要：针对建养一体化新模式中,项目合同基价测算以及计量支付方面的不足,以农村公路建养一体化工程为依托,探讨了对项目合同基价的测算以及项目具体计量支付款的算法,明确了农村公路建养一体化项目的费用组成,同时提出了以路面养护综合质量指数(CMQI)为指标的建养一体化项目计量与支付方法。In view of the deficiencies in the calculation of the project contract base price and the measurement payment in the new model of construction and maintenance integration,the calculation of the project contract base price and the algorithm of the specific measurement and payment of the project are discussed based on rural roads construction and maintenance integration project.The cost composition of the project was also clarified and the measurement,payment method was put forward with the Comprehensive Maintenance Quality Index(CMQI).
