摘  要:随着高铁线网全国范围铺开,高铁车站所在的铁路用地开发与城市建设关系密切。铁路用地长期具有占地大、强度低、割裂严重等利用弊端,与日益紧张的城市用地开发互相矛盾,因此铁路用地节约集约利用是城市用地发展探索的重要载体。杭州西站枢纽雨棚上盖开发项目成为全国首个在新建高铁车站雨棚上进行商业化开发的实践项目。With the nationwide expansion of the high-speed rail network,the development of railway land where high-speed rail stations are located is closely related to urban construction.Railway land has long-term drawbacks such as large land occupation,low intensity,and severe fragmentation,which contradict the increasingly tense urban land development.Therefore,the efficient and intensive use of railway land is an important carrier for exploring urban land development.The Hangzhou West Railway Station Hub Canopy Development Project has become the first practical project of commercial development practice in China.
