基于citespace的苗医药研究文献计量学分析

摘　　要：目的:本研究旨在分析苗医药研究的主要内容、现状特征和发展趋势,为我国保护和合理利用苗医药、发展苗医药提供理论依据。方法:本研究使用文献计量学方法和Citespace软件对检索到的1362篇中国知识基础设施工程相关的中文文献进行了分析,分析主要包括年度发文数量、关键词共现关系、关键词聚类、关键词聚类时间跨度以及关键词的突现时间。结果:苗医药的研究内容主要包括化学成分、含量测定、药理作用、苗族医药、苗医药、苗医、头花蓼、黑骨藤、临床研究、临床疗效、关节炎和带状疱疹等,这些研究内容经历了理论研究、药物研究和临床实践等不同阶段。研究热点问题主要集中在黑骨藤、滑膜细胞、绿原酸、质量标准和控制等方面。结论:苗医药已经基本形成了一个相对完整的研究领域,但在临床和药物突破方面仍存在不足之处。Objective: This study aims to analyze the main content, current characteristics, and developmental trends of Miao medicine research, to provide a theoretical basis for China's protection and rational utilization of Miao medicine, and for the development of Miao medicine. Methods: This study applied bibliometric methods and Citespace software to analyze 1362Chinese-language documents related to the China Knowledge Infrastructure Project. The analysis included the number of publications per year, keyword co-occurrence relations, keyword clusters, the time span of keyword clusters, and the emergence time of keywords. Results: The research content of Miao medicine mainly includes chemical composition, content determination,pharmacological effects, Miao traditional medicine, Miao medicine, Miao medical practices, Touhualiao, Heiguteng, clinical studies, clinical efficacy, arthritis, herpes zoster, etc. These research content have gone through different stages including theoretical research, drug research, and clinical practice. Research hotspots mainly focus on Heiguteng, synovial cells, chlorogenic acid, quality standards, and controls, and other aspects. Conclusion: Miao medicine has essentially formed a relatively complete field of study, but there are still shortcomings in clinical and drug breakthrough areas.
