摘　　要：目的探讨以家庭为导向的出院护理对NICU早产儿照顾者出院准备度的影响。方法96例NICU早产儿按随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组各48例。对照组采用常规NICU护理,试验组在对照组的基础上给予以家庭为导向的出院护理,对比2组早产儿照顾者出院准备度及护理能力。结果干预前,2组早产儿照顾者RHDS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,试验组早产儿照顾者RHDS评分高于对照组(P<0.05),应急处理、日常护理、早产儿生理特征、新生儿抚触及生长发育监测评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论以家庭为导向的出院护理可有效提高NICU早产儿照顾者的出院准备度以及护理能力,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the impact of family-oriented discharge care on the readiness of NICU premature infant caregivers to discharge.Methods A total of 96 NICU premature infants were selected and randomly divided into an experimental group(n=48)and a control group(n=48)using a random number table method.The control group received routine NICU care,while the experimental group received family-oriented discharge care on the basis of the control group.The two groups of premature caregivers were compared in terms of discharge readiness and nursing ability.Results Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in RHDS scores between the two groups of caregivers for the affected children(P>0.05).After intervention,the RHDS score of caregivers in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of emergency response,daily care,physiological characteristics of premature infants,neonatal touch,and growth and development monitoring in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Family-oriented discharge care can effectively improve the discharge readiness and nursing ability of NICU premature infant caregivers,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
