摘　　要：目的探讨基于九宫格思维的护理整合模式对慢性心衰患者护理干预的效果。方法100例慢性心衰患者按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各50例,对照组予以常规护理,观察组予以基于九宫格思维的积极护理整合模式,观察护理干预前后患者症状、健康行为模式、自我效能感及心功能水平改善情况。结果护理干预后,观察组患者MASA-HF评分(13.09±2.02)低于对照组(15.11±2.20)(P<0.05);HPLP评分(124.65±21.58)高于对照组(108.89±21.43)(P<0.05);SECD6评分(44.24±7.27)高于对照组(39.82±7.16)(P<0.05);BNP低于对照组,LVEF高于对照组,LVEDD、LVESD低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于九宫格思维的积极护理整合模式可有效改善慢性心衰患者疾病症状与健康行为模式,增强患者自我效能感,并且促进其心功能水平进一步改善。Objective To explore the effect of nursing integration model based on nine-grid thinking on nursing intervention in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic heart failure were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given active nursing integration mode based on nine-grid thinking.The improvement of symptoms,health behavior patterns,self-efficacy and cardiac function before and after nursing intervention were observed.Results After nursing intervention,the MASA-HF score of the observation group(13.09±2.02)was lower than that of the control group(15.11±2.20)(P<0.05).HPLP score(124.65±21.58)was higher than that of the control group(108.89±21.43)(P<0.05).The SECD6 score(44.24±7.27)was higher than that of the control group(39.82±7.16)(P<0.05).BNP was lower than that of the control group.LVEF was higher than that of the control group.LVEDD and LVESD were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The active nursing integration model based on nine-grid thinking can effectively improve the disease symptoms and health behavior patterns of patients with chronic heart failure,enhance the self-efficacy of patients,and promote the further improvement of their cardiac function.
