合并慢性淋巴细胞白血病/小淋巴细胞淋巴瘤的副肿瘤性天疱疮1例

摘　　要：报道了合并慢性淋巴细胞白血病/小淋巴细胞淋巴瘤副肿瘤性天疱疮病例1例,临床罕见,临床表现与典型副肿瘤性天疱疮患者相比,口腔黏膜受累明显重于口唇且生存期极短。其临床表现多样,且并发症通常致命,发病机制尚不完全明确。需多学科努力探索针对性有效治疗方案。A case of paraneoplastic pemphigus with chronic lymphocytic leukemia/small lymphocytic lymphoma was reported.It is rare in clinical practice.Compared with patients with typical paraneoplastic pemphigus,oral mucosal involvement is significantly more severe than lips and the survival time is extremely short.Its clinical manifestations are diverse,and complications are usually fatal,and the pathogenesis is not completely clear.Multidisciplinary efforts are needed to explore targeted and effective treatment options.
