摘　　要：新医科是医学教育发展的新形态,科技发展使医科不断变“新”。在哲学层面是“观念求新”,在科学层面是“认识求新”,在技术层面是“方法求新”,在工程层面是“体系求新”,在社会层面是“治理求新”。这些为新医科建设提供动力。新医科本质是“医学+”,包括医学+高技术、医学+大健康、医学+大思政。转型发展中的地方医学院校在新医科建设中应坚持守正创新,以新观念引导新学科专业建设,以新技术成果丰富新课程体系,以大思政引领全面医学人格的塑造。New medicine is a new form of medical education development,which constantly makes medicine“new”.At the philosophical level,it is“seeking novelty in ideas”,at the scientific level,it is“seeking novelty in knowledge”,at the technical level,it is“seeking novelty in methods”,at the engineering level,it is“seeking novelty in systems”,and at the social level,it is“seeking novelty in governance”.These provide impetus for the construction of new medicine.The essence of new medicine is“medicine+”,which includes medicine+high technology,medicine+big health,and medicine+giant ideological and political education.Local medical colleges undergoing transformation and development should adhere to integrity and innovate on the construction of new medicine,guide the construction of new disciplines and majors with new concepts,enrich the new curriculum system with new technological achievements,and shape the comprehensive medical personality through ideological and political education.
