广西百色地区1例乙肝肝硬化患者血液非O1/非O139群霍乱弧菌感染的鉴定

摘　　要：目的对一株从乙肝肝硬化患者血液中分离的病原菌进行鉴定。方法采用标准的霍乱弧菌鉴定方法对该病原菌的培养特性、形态学特征、生化鉴定、蛋白质谱分析、血清学鉴定及荧光PCR进行分析。结果根据乙肝肝硬化患者血液中分离的菌株培养特性、形态学特征、生化鉴定、蛋白质谱分析(在4279m/z、4367m/z、5123m/z、6165m/z、6277m/z、6453m/z和7160m/z采集到特征性质谱峰)、血清学鉴定及荧光PCR(霍乱弧菌O1群和O139群基因均为阴性)鉴定为非O1/非O139群霍乱弧菌。结论广西百色地区首次在乙肝肝硬化患者血液中分离出非O1/非O139群霍乱弧菌。Objective To identify a pathogen isolated from the blood of a patient with hepatitis B cirrhosis.Methods Standard methods for identifying vibrio cholerae were used to analyze the culture characteristics,morphological characteristics,biochemical identification,protein mass spectrometry analysis,serological identification,and fluorescence PCR of the pathogen.Results According to the culture characteristics,morphological characteristics,biochemical identification,protein mass spectrometry analysis(characteristic spectrum peaks were collected at 4279 m/z,4367 m/z,5123 m/z,6165 m/z,6277 m/z,6453 m/z and 7160 m/z),serological identification and fluorescent PCR(vibrio cholerae O1 and O139 genes were negative)of strains isolated from the blood of the patient with hepatitis B cirrhosis,they were identified as non O1/non O139 vibrio cholerae.Conclusion Vibrio cholerae non O1/non O139 is isolated from the blood of patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis in Baise,Guangxi for the first time.
