摘 要:蜂窝铝板强度高且不容易变形,建筑工程施工中普遍使用。但是,这种材料安装施工的难度大、工期长,不能充分发挥其应用价值。针对竖向骨架背挂圆弧形蜂窝大铝板施工技术展开研究,引入工程案例介绍施工技术原理以及总体施工流程,进一步分析施工过程中的有效方法,即施工前做好各项准备,实施放线定位,做好龙骨安装施工、蜂窝面板安装施工、不锈钢饰条安装施工,做好验收工作,并提出施工质量管理措施。研究表明,这项技术应用于工程中,能够优化施工流程,降低成本,加快施工进度,实现质效双提升。Honeycomb aluminum plate has high strength and is not easily deformed,and is widely used in construction projects.However,the installation and construction of this material is difficult and time-consuming,which cannot fully realize its application value.This article focuses on the construction technology of vertical skeleton hanging circular honeycomb aluminum plate,introduces engineering cases to introduce the construction technology principles and overall construction process,and further analyzes the effective methods in the construction process,namely,making various preparations before construction,implementing laying out and positioning,doing a good job in keel installation construction,honeycomb panel installation construction,stainless steel decorative strip installation construction,conducting acceptance work,and proposing construction quality management measures.Research has shown that the application of this technology in engineering can optimize construction processes,reduce costs,accelerate construction progress,and achieve both quality and efficiency improvements.
