摘 要:研究了基于微波雷达的桥梁快检系统,旨在实现桥梁结构的非接触式健康监测。该系统通过发射和接收调制信号,能够实时测量桥梁的多点位移与转角,最大测量距离达到2310 m,精度高达0.01 mm,采样频率为200 Hz。设备具备全天候工作能力和完善的自检功能,并在某跨河特大桥的沉降监测中得到应用。通过对微波测控数据与传统监测数据的比较,研究表明,微波雷达在不同工况下的沉降监测精度良好,且监测数据经过精细处理后确保了可靠性。结果验证了桥梁施工的实际沉降状态与理论预期一致,展示了基于微波雷达技术的监测系统在桥梁工程中的应用潜力。A bridge rapid inspection system based on microwave radar was studied,aiming to achieve non-contact health monitoring of bridge structures.The system can measure the multi-point displacement and angle of the bridge in real time by transmitting and receiving modulation signals,with a maximum measurement distance of 2310 m and an accuracy of up to 0.01 mm.The sampling frequency is 200 Hz.The equipment has the ability to work 24/7 and a complete self-checking function,and has been applied in the settlement monitoring of a certain cross river bridge.By comparing microwave measurement and control data with traditional monitoring data,research has shown that microwave radar has good settlement monitoring accuracy under different working conditions,and the monitoring data is finely processed to ensure reliability.The results verified that the actual settlement state of bridge construction was consistent with theoretical expectations,demonstrating the potential application of monitoring systems based on microwave radar technology in bridge engineering.
